Andy Pearce started to ring in his home tower of St. Andrews Tichborne, but gave up ringing on getting married and moving away from the village. He then answered to call to Ring for the King some 40 years later. He is now enjoying the challenge of learning some method ringing. Aside from the honour of ringing for his King Andy says the highlight of his ringing to date was the opportunity to ring bells in Winchester Cathedral.
